I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my thanks to your company, and Mike in particular, for the incredible service you provided in fixing my air conditioning system that had a multitude of problems.
As a recap, I contracted with another air conditioning company to install a new, high-efficiency TRANE air conditioning unit in my home. This company was advertised as TRANE specialists, but it turns out they were severely under-qualified to install these new, high-tech units. After three months of utter frustration with this company, I contacted AHR to get your opinion on what was wrong with my new unit. Mike came out to my house and was immediately able to diagnose that the unit was wired incorrectly. Unfortunately, my unit had a host of other installation-based problems beyond just wiring. Mike systematically and professionally was able to diagnose and repair each problem, ranging from a damaged valve in the coil, to an under-powered Clean Effects air cleaning unit, to a improperly programmed thermostat.
Now, I am finally enjoying the benefits that I paid for in my new unit. It has been working great since Mike fixed the last problem and I don’t anticipate any other issues. If there are, I’ll be sure to give you guys a call because I know you have can handle it.
I now understand that the new AC units that are on the market today are highly technical pieces of machinery, and really do require expert installation and servicing to make them work correctly. Your company obviously possesses this expertise, and I’d be happy to recommend you and your services to all my friends and family.
